Meet the Nurse Practitioner

Hello! I’m Tasha Arciello

I began my healthcare career in 2000 with my first degree coming from Ulster County Community College in Stone Ridge, New York in 2004. I worked as a registered nurse for 15 years while continuing my education online to complete my bachelor's and master's degrees. The majority of my graduate training was done at The Sage Colleges in Albany, New York where I graduated with a post masters degree in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) in 2019. I then continued to become a board certified nurse practitioner with AANP. I have worked in primary care, geriatrics and subacute rehab with long term care. In 2024, I joined the Institute of Functional Medicine and completed my certification through Functional Medicine Academy. 

I have always wanted to help people and loved my career. However, after dealing with unexpected health struggles of my own my perspective on health has grown. Now it’s time to share with you!
